So when Kevin and I first got married and moved to Provo, we made it a tradition to make a homemade pizza for dinner at least one night every week. But if you ask Kevin, he'll probably say something like "Actually, it wasn't really a tradition at first... we just made pizza because it was easy and we had nothing else to eat." It may be true that it's easy, but I'm not sure if I'd go as far as saying it was because we didn't have anything else to eat.
Anyway, after we went home for winter break our pizza streak ceased... somehow we forgot about it until this past week. Last night Kevin made us an amazing pizza supreme (as he calls it) complete with cheese, pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers, sauteed onions, and sun dried tomatoes. It was to die for... probably the best tasting pizza we've made since our "tradition" started.
It was definitely a perfect way to spend our Saturday night at home.
