On Friday Kevin had his first home track meet. It was freezing! It snowed sporadically throughout the day, but I was dedicated and endured the harsh conditions through the whole meet.
He ran the 400m, the 400m hurdles, and the 4x400m relay. Here are a few pictures that I took:

So, despite the 36 degree weather and the terrible conditions I had such a great time watching Kevin run...I love watching him succeed in what he loves to do! And even though he didn't run his all-time best he was happy at the end of the day, which is always a plus (sometimes I'm scared to talk to him after he does bad).

ReplyDeletei am the same way.. i am so scared to talk to bryan after he does bad. i sometimes talk too much and tell him you did bad.. which is so much worse!
