And we (I) am so happy to watch both shows this season.
We started watching American Idol together last season and it was great. We love to analyze the performances and discuss and nitpick all the contestants on the show. We're sad that Paula is gone but I (more so than Kevin) am thrilled that Ellen is the new judge. I'm a huge fan of her humor and quirkiness.
On the downside, I gotta admit that I'm not a fan of the pre-Hollywood auditions. Wednesday nights show literally had my blood pressure at an all-time high. I mean, I get that some people aren't cut out for singing (I being one of them) but really, what's the point of completely tearing someone apart? It's not funny anymore, at least in my opinion.
And this week's episode of The Bachelor was incredibly juicy and we (I) am already hooked. The Rozlyn ordeal was crazzzzy and has been getting insane amounts of attention all week. I'm pretty sure she's more well known now than she ever would have been as regular girl on the show. It should be interesting to see who wins Jake's heart. And speaking of Jake, he's going to be on Ellen on Monday... hopefully he gives us the deets about the show.
